How I sort my Lego

I sort my lego into plastic divider boxes so that when I build with my Lego I don't spend so much time finding the bits, It means that it is quicker to build.

These are my more important parts for building like pins and rods.

This is my "movement parts" like steering rods, bendy parts and engine parts.

This is my way of sorting the longer pieces.

In the far left of this picture is the half pieces, In the bottom left there are all the cogs and diffs.

In two larger containers are the wheels and in the last container are the panels. Sometimes to find the right bit I have to remove the larger parts or tip them out.

Sometimes this can get out of hand and a little bit of a pain to sort out. This normally happens when I take things apart.

Little bit about me

Hi I'm josh

I'm 12 and live in New Zealand.

I received my first Lego set (a Lego City Fire Station) when I was 4. My Mum and Dad built it for me and I just played with it. By the time I was 5 I was building basic cars. Over time my Lego collection has been growing thanks to my grandparents and parents. I got my first Lego Technic set (8264 Hauler) 3 years ago on Christmas day and I have loved Technic since. Just recently I bought some Lego Power Functions motors and now love to build Lego Technic RC (Remote Control) cars.
